How your charge appears
Payments for SimpleVideo are processed by Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record. Paddle handles the transaction on our behalf, so the charge on your statement will appear as:
PADDLE.NET SMPLVID.EU*
If you see a different Paddle charge
If the entry reads PADDLE.NET* followed by anything other than SMPLVID.EU, that charge is from a different company that also uses Paddle. It is not related to SimpleVideo.

Email hello@simplevideo.eu and include the following so we can look it up quickly:
- The transaction date
- The amount charged
- The last four digits of your card
- The exact statement description as it appears on your card
