Service scope
SimpleVideo is provided as a hosted service for publishing public website video embeds. The launch scope is intentionally narrow: account management, organisation-based workspaces, video processing, player settings, and public embeds.
Customer responsibilities
- Use the service only for content you are permitted to upload, process, and publish.
- Keep account credentials and organisation access under your control.
- Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content distribution.
- Do not attempt to interfere with the availability, security, or integrity of the service.
Availability and changes
SimpleVideo may update the service, refine pricing, adjust delivery infrastructure, or restrict abusive usage when needed to keep the product stable and supportable. Material commercial or legal changes should be reflected in the public documentation before they take effect.
Billing and usage
Public pricing is presented as view-based plans. Actual billing, overage handling, and account status are governed by the plan active on the customer account at the time of use.
Suspension and termination
SimpleVideo may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms, create security risk, or use the service in a way that threatens lawful operation of the platform.
